Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our priority.

  • 🔁 Returns or exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery
  • 📦 Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • 🧾 Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used cosmetics (due to hygiene reasons)
  • Personal care items once unsealed
  • Clearance / discounted items

✅ Eligible Reasons:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Damaged or defective item
  • Missing items in the order

    • 💰 Refunds are processed only after inspection of returned product
    • ⏳ Processing time: 5–7 working days after approval

    • Bank transfer (UAE accounts)
    • Digital wallets (if applicable)
